Katrina Stevenson most recently appeared onstage with Jobsite in Jean Genet’s The Maids. She first appeared with Jobsite in 2000 and is an actor, director, costumer and proud Artistic Associate and key member of the company’s play selection group. Other performance appearances include Orlando, Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing with Tampa Shakespeare Festival and Mrs. Van Buren in Intimate Apparel with American Stage; Twelfth Night (Olivia), Closetland (The Woman), Crimes of the Heart (Meg), The Taming of the Shrew (Kate), Dog Sees God (Tricia), Gorey Stories (Lady Celia), Dead Man’s Cell Phone (Hermione), Rabbit Hole (Izzy), Boston Marriage (Anna), The Mineola Twins (Myrna/Myra), and Hurlyburly (Bonnie).
Katrina’s costumes have been seen in everything from Hedwig and the Angry Inch to Gorey Stories. Her fabulous duds have also garnered four Creative Loafing Best of the Bay awards and an Individual Artist Grant from the Hillsborough County Arts Council. Katrina holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Florida and a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Northern Colorado. When not at the theatre, Katrina loves running half marathons and running after her dogs Tink and Sherlock.
