Ryan McCarthy graduated from Harrison Arts Center and then went on to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC for a year. He then moved back to Florida and spent time at USF, where he met the founding members of Jobsite. His Jobsite credits include: The Pillowman, This is How it Goes, Hurlyburly, Phyro-Giants!, American Buffalo, Playing With Fire: After Frankenstein, Dracula, subUrbia and Brownbread. He has performed elsewhere in the Bay area, including Acorn Theatre’s Death of a Salesman and Romeo and Juliet at American Stage’s Shakespeare in the Park and was in the hit School House Rock Live! also at American Stage. He was in the first production of Food and Shelter, a series of one-acts, and also Webb’s City the Musical. One of his favorite gigs was touring the country with Bits and Pieces as a featured Puppeteer. Mr. McCarthy would to thank his family for their love and support and his baby girl, Ciara, for giving him a reason to laugh everyday.
