Marlene Peralta

Marlene Peralta was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY but moved to Tampa, FL in 2005. Marlene graduated with her B.A in Theatre Arts from the University of South Florida in May 2012. Soon after graduation, Marlene completed an Acting/Education internship at the American Stage Theatre Company and in August of 2014 won “Best Monologue “ in the Tampa Bay Theatre Festival. Known roles include Sofia in the StageWorks production of How The Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents, Agnes in Oliver Parker!, and Mother in the Spanish production of Blood Wedding at USF. Apart from acting, Marlene loves to non-professionally dance and eat sweets. Creme brulee and frozen yogurt are her vices! Marlene would like to thank her family, friends, and Charles for always loving and supporting her in more ways than one.
