J. Duggan is a Tampa native and has been acting in the area since he was six. For his teenage years he attended Blake High School for the performing and visual arts, during which time he won thespian awards and was placed top in the state for the art of mime. Using his mime talents further along with song writing and comedic and character acting, he did some street performance in various locations, including Europe, Central America and multiple states in the US. His last full length show was Oliver where at age 23 he played the sixty year old Fagin for the New Tampa Players. He is very excited to be acting again with some former Blake graduates, and is happy to be a part of this Job-side Project.
