Occupation Opening Night Menu
We welcome fans, friends, and family to still come out to celebrate with us opening night. However, we are sold out of the VIP passes that include drinks and the buffet. Full cash bar and menu service is still available!

As with Annapurna, Fodder & Shine has put together a fun show-themed menu:
- Smoked “Mullet Rangoon” Wontons
- Minorcan Sausage & Shrimp Siu Mai
- Braised Frog Leg & Cabbage Spring Rolls (gluten-free, also using GF tamari sauce)
- Datil Curry Beef Triangle (puff pastry, baked)
- Braised Collard Green & Potato Egg Rolls (vegetarian)
And an assortment of dippy sauces to include:
- Curried Mahonesa
- Mojo Ponzu
- Hoisin-Chili-Peanut Sauce
- Citrus-Prickly Pear Sweet and Sour
Each guest gets a drink ticket good for:
- a house draft,
- Bets’ favorite boxed wine, or
- a special Shanghai Moonshine Punch!
Entry includes the hors d’ouevres buffet and a drink ticket good for a house cocktail, draft, or glass of wine. A cash bar as well as their “In-Between” menu is available in addition for those who wish to keep the party going. These parties will be attended by production cast and crew and invited guests, opening night season ticket holders, corporate partners, and Jobsite Rock Stars. A limited number of tickets to the general public will be made for each party on a first-come basis.

Fodder & Shine (the new restaurant of Greg and Michelle Baker of James Beard-nominated Refinery fame) in Seminole Heights is proud to sponsor our opening night celebration. They will be sponsoring opening night events that feature great food and drink (a full bar with some very special selections) in their beautiful, huge new space on Florida Avenue, just a short jump from the interstate with plenty of parking.
Fodder & Shine is the vision of Greg and Michelle Baker (The Refinery) who have been instrumental in redefining the area as a culinary destination. Fodder & Shine’s menu shines a light on Florida cracker heritage, approaching traditional dishes and drinks from Florida’s back-woods culture of the early to mid-1900s with a modern twist.
These opening night parties feature great food and drink in a casual and fun setting.
