Danny McCarthy is a special effects artist who studied film at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with honors from Tom Savini’s Special Makeup Effects School in 2007. Since graduation he has been working with Universal Studios Florida as a seasonal makeup artist for Halloween Horror Nights and Grinchmas. He also works as an independent artist, supplying  props and effects for projects such as the Discovery Channel’s Shark Week and the feature film The Crazies.  Danny’s goal is ultimately to work in television and film.  He thanks Jobsite for the opportunity of bringing movie quality effects to live theater. He would like to thank his wife Suzan,  their daughter Dylan, his parents and brother for their patience, love, and support.
