Brad is the Founder/Principal of Phoenix Strategies, a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategy, communications and change management. He holds both a BFA in Costume Design and an MBA in Finance both from the University of Florida. He is thrilled to join the Board of Jobsite after being a consultant and fan for many years.
