Joy Cadman is a recent college graduate, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Theatre from the University of South Florida. The arts have been a major part of her life since she saw her first professional production of Wicked at just six years old. Since then, she continued to perform in shows like Beauty and the Beast, Jekyll & Hyde, and A Chorus Line. Every summer since she left for college, she travels home to Miami to assist her old dance studio with all things production related for their end of year recitals. Once she got to college, she fell in love with theatre production, focusing mainly on lighting design and stage managing. Having worked on many shows like Ride The Cyclone, Life is a Dream, and Fugitive Songs with them, she thanks the faculty and staff of USF’s School of Theatre and Dance for nurturing her education and her love for the arts. She is eternally grateful to Jobsite, Jo Averill-Snell, and David Jenkins for giving her the opportunity to work on their productions.
