Christopher Perez is excited to be in his first Jobsite production, so much so since he totaled his truck en route to the audition. (He survived.) A Tampa native son, he has been busy in his role of guidance counselor for Hillsborough County Public Schools. He graduated USF Theater and has performed locally, in New Orleans and in New England. Some recent performing roles include The Memorandum, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, and he is freshly off his role as Ben Jonson in Elizabeth & Edward at the Gorilla. Beyond acting, Chris enjoys playing his guitar, writing music, plays, and prose, reading, mountain biking, hiking, tournament poker, and computer games. When he is not doing those things, or even when he is, he spends time with his lovely law student wife.
