Margaret Marchak, JD, MBA is a practicing health care attorney for a large health care delivery system based in Florida. Governance in nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations has been a focus in her career. Professionally, Margaret holds a BA and MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, and a JD from Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit, MI. She is also an advocate for community service and has served as a board member and officer for several nonprofit institutions dedicated to human services and the arts.
