2010 – 11 General Auditions & Callbacks
General auditions for the 2010–11 season will be Mon., Jun. 7, from 6–10pm. If you've never worked for us before, that's when you want to audition.
Interested parties should submit a headshot (or current photo) and resume no later than Fri., May 28. Submissions may be emailed to or sent to:

While we are always accepting resumes, you will need to make an appointment to audition. If you have sent a resume over the course of the season, you will still need to submit for these general auditions. Anyone who has no-call/no-showed an audition appointment in any past audition need not apply.
We will contact all applicants on or around Friday, May 28, with either an appointment time or regrets. Please do not resubmit your materials more than once.

For the general auditions, you will need:
- one memorized, contemporary, one-minute monologue;
- one memorized Shakespearean sonnett; and
- four copies of your headshot and resume.
Please ensure that you time your audition pieces. We will cut off audition pieces that run over in an effort to maintain our schedule.
Jobsite is looking exclusively for talent in the Tampa / St. Petersburg / Clearwater DMA, or persons in close enough proximity to the area to make a comfortable commute. Jobsite does not currently offer travel or housing consideration.
Audition appointments and additional communications regarding auditions will be sent via email, so it is imperative that you include a working, regularly checked email address on your resume. If you do not have email access at all, please note that on your resume and provide a working phone number.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a missed opportunity to audition for us.
Callbacks
Callback auditions are held following general auditions through the end of July, when auditions are held for shows individually. Callback auditions include specifically requested actors from both the general auditions and the list of Jobsite Ensemble members. Due to scheduling, certain shows may have special callback times or more than one callback.
All Callback auditions are by invitation only.

The Odd Couple
Show dates: Feb. 3 – 20, 2011

The roles of Felix and Oscar have been cast. Jobsite seeks 4 men (20s-50s) and 2 women (30s-40s).
Yellowman
Show dates: Mar. 10 – 27, 2011
Callbacks: TBD
The female role has already been cast. 1 African-American man (3s-50s) needed.
Current Ensemble Members
Current Jobsite Ensemble Members will be bypassed through general auditions. Their names will be provided to the individual directors for callback consideration. The directors are also at liberty to make specific invitations to their callbacks, even if an actor is not part of the general auditions or the Ensemble.
Previous Ensemble members not in the current Ensemble should .
Additional Jobs
Jobsite is also looking for designers and technicians in all areas, including basic labor positions for set building days. All interested technical candidates should send their resume and work samples (where applicable) directly to the address below.
