Alexandra Gonzalez

Alexandra Gonzalez is a 21 year old junior currently studying musical theatre at Roosevelt University's Chicago College of Performing Arts. A Tampa native and graduate of Blake High School for the Performing Arts, she has returned to the Bay area in hopes to expand her knowledge of the business side of theatre. Previous credits include Princess Winifred (Once Upon a Mattress), Jo March (Little Women the Musical), Miss Adelaide (Guys and Dolls), Evelyn Nesbit (Ragtime), Herself (Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind), Julie Jenkins (Museum), and April (Company). Ms. Gonzalez has also been seen in the short film She Could Be You and has worked with multiple companies in the Tampa / St. Pete area, including participating in The Gorilla Theatre's Young Dramatist Project 2008. A director and teacher whenever she has the opportunity, she currently resides in Chicago, IL, and hopes to one day open her own theatre company which would offer an educational outreach program to under-privileged youth. She thanks her family for never-ending support and love and the amazing teachers that have come in and out of her life for encouraging and inspiring her.
