Final 2 weeks of The 39 Steps, plus other upcoming goodies!
We're down to the final two weeks of The 39 Steps, a show we've just been having a blast with so far! After two weekends of sold-out shows and standing ovations, we're already looking at two sold out performances this weekend, Sat. 1/28 and Sun. 1/29. Due to the very high demand on tickets, we strongly encourage advance purchases! We MUST CLOSE on Feb. 5.

The Improvised Shakespeare Company
Finally, we wanted to pass on something from our good friends at the Straz Center, more good stuff coming up this Feb. in the Shimberg!
Fully Improvised Plays Using the Language and Themes of William Shakespeare
Feb. 16–18
Shimberg Playhouse
Straz Center
Regularly priced tickets start at $24.50.
Based on one audience suggestion, The Improvised Shakespeare Company creates a fully improvised Shakespearean masterpiece right before your eyes. Nothing is planned-out, rehearsed or written. All of the dialogue is said for the first time, the characters are created as you watch, and if ever you're wondering where the story is going ... so are they! You've never seen the Bard like this before!
Help us stay the course!
We are still trying to raise $2,500 to make up for a grant cut that came down to us at the end of the year. We had already approved our budget and would hate to go back and have to cut salaries. This money will directly support Jobsite artists and stay here in the local economy, making us all stronger. There is no such thing as a "small gift," if you can offer $1 or $1,000 we would love to hear from you. Make a donation today, or for more information.
As always, thanks for your support! Hope to see you soon at the theater!

Jobsite Playwrights make their first film, and you can help!
If you haven't heard yet, our resident playwrights Neil Gobioff & Shawn Paonessa (The March of the Kitefliers, the book to Pericles: Prince of Tires) have started a production company, aptly named Kitefliers Studios.
They just finished filming their first short film, The Bedford Devil, which was based on a one-act they wrote for Murder Ballads, and they're currently seeking contributions to their post-production campaign. If you'd like to lend a hand, or even share a link, they'd love to have our Jobsite patrons join them. Check out their fundraising site, or go to KitefliersStudios.com for more information. Their campaign ends soon, so check it out now while you can.
WHWQIC!
